The Commission’s mission is to gather expertise on arbitration and ADR across the ICC network to enable thought leadership. The Commission produces reports, recommendations and guidance on practical, procedural and legal issues in arbitration and ADR and usually undertakes its work through specific Task Forces or Working Groups. The Commission also provides input on proposed modifications of rules applied in ICC Dispute Resolution Services (“ICC DRS”).
