We provided comprehensive legal support to the Russian top managers of VimpelCom PJSC in the buyout of the company from the international holding VEON.
This deal won the Pravo-300 ranking in the 2023 M&A: Deals with Foreign Shareholders Category.
We provided legal support on the sale of a controlling stake in a leading company in the field of digital content production – Medium Quality Production LLC in favour of VK (Vkontakte), a major media holding company.
The deal was included in Kommersant's "Deal of the Year" ranking as one of the most significant M&A deals for the IT industry for 2022-2023.
