Sergey has extensive experience structuring and providing full legal support of: real estate acquisition and disposal transactions, leasing, real estate due diligence, joint ventures, and real estate investment support in Russia, Europe, the UK, the US and other jurisdictions.

Sergey has extensive experience negotiating and drafting documentation for real estate and construction transactions in various jurisdictions. Sergey also has significant experience in project finance.

Structured and supported a transaction involving a private investor’s purchase of 100% of shares in the company that owns the ViVa shopping centre in Moscow, including preparation of a purchase and sale agreement, an option and other contractual documentation

Advised Nordgold, an international gold mining company, on the construction of infrastructure for the first Lero-Karta underground gold mine at the current Lefa deposit in Guinea, and provided full legal support in preparing the contractual documentation for the project, including EPC contracts and commercial contracts for the mine infrastructure (supply contracts, service contracts, leases, etc.)

Advised FSK Group, one of the largest developments and construction companies in Russia, in connection with the RUB 11 billion acquisition of a group of companies owning major real estate assets.
