Elmira Ponomarenko is Director of Business Development and Strategic Communications at LEVEL Legal Services. She joined the team at the stage of launching and creating the firm's brand. She specializes in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, public relations, branding, cooperating with media and ratings agencies, event management, digital marketing, and various aspects of law firm business development.
Prior to joining the team, she worked as a marketing and PR specialist at major Russian law firms and was previously an associate at one such firm. She graduated from the Law Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University with honours and holds a Master's degree in Law.
Since 2019 she has been a member of the Legal Market Communications Committee of the Russian Public Relations Association (RPRA). Since 2022 she has been a member of the Expert Council of the Legal PR subcommittee of the Business Practice Development Committee of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
