LEVEL Legal Services Wins the Russia M&A Awards 2024 in the "Deal of the Year in Metallurgy" Category

On June 25, 2024, in St. Petersburg, the award ceremony of the Russia M&A Awards took place as part of the XIV Russian M&A Congress: White Nights 2024. The winner in the "Deal of the Year in Metallurgy" category was the sale of 100% of the share capital of JSC Polymetal based on a valuation of $3.69 billion to JSC Mangazeya Plus, with the legal advisory role for the seller provided by the LEVEL Legal Services.
LEVEL Legal Services provided legal support to the client during the structuring of available options and the legal execution of the transaction to terminate Polymetal International plc's ownership of the Russian part of the group.
