Anatoly Andriyash has 26 years of experience in international transactions involving major Russian oil, gas and mining companies. Prior to joining LEVEL Legal Services, Mr. Andriyash was a partner and co-head of the Moscow office of global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright, and previously worked as a managing partner in the Moscow office of Canadian law firm Macleod Dixon LLP.

Anatoly advises Russian and international companies in various sectors of the economy on a wide range of cross-border transactions, but is particularly known for large-scale transactions in the mining and processing of minerals, development of optimal corporate strategies for companies in the energy sector, M&A transactions in the energy and oil and gas sectors.

Graduated from the International Law Faculty of MGIMO in 1994, received an MBA from OU Business School in London in 2005 and a Master of Science in International Finance and Management from OU Business School in London in 2010.
